In stock items will be shipped within three business days of your completed purchase. If the item is not in stock and is a made to order item it will be shipped within three business days of being made. Made to order items are identified as "made to order" in the item description. Made to order items can take one to two weeks to be made and then up to three business days to be shipped. Once an item has been shipped our refund policy will apply.

We do not accept returns but we will exchange any item(s) damaged during shipping. The item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of your date of purchase.
